When we give our hearts over in honest worship our focus in on God, and by His Holy Spirit, we are indeed convicted and refreshed. If we choose to go our own way we end up like Saul, vexed. But, if we choose to accept the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ, He helps us to worship properly.<br />This is a great post Alden.
